Leadership

Steve Koslowsky is the founder and principal of Apex Project Solutions, a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business.

Steve joined the Army following his graduation from college and began his engineering career as a United States Army Corps of Engineers officer. During his time in the military, and while combat deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, his assignments included commanding soldiers, supervising security and intelligence, and coordinating construction. The leadership and construction management experience gained in the military, both domestically and abroad, allowed Steve to transition out of the military in 2008 and into the field of construction and design management. Since 2008, he has supported complex Intelligence Community projects and programs through planning, project and design management, construction, and project management office support.

In 2019, Steve founded Apex Project Solutions to better support his clients, not just through stellar design and project management, but by building trust and relationships with them that go far beyond the scope of a project. With his engineering and security expertise from his time as an intelligence officer and combat engineer, Steve understands his clients on a deeper level than a typical design and construction manager. He takes great pride in continuing to support our nation through supporting his clients’ missions.

With over 20 years of experience in design and construction management, Steve creates engaging plans and provides innovative solutions to his clients’ most difficult problems. He believes in his clients’ missions and has a great desire to continuously learn and develop his own skills to support his clients.
